On August 8th hundreds of Jewish community members and supporters, marched and powerfully demonstrated against the atrocities being committed by ICE and the Trump administration against immigrant communities daily before our eyes.
I applaud activists and organizers in the Jewish community here in Seattle, standing with other communities facing all out assaults on their lives and humanity by the Trump regime. This cross community solidarity among working people is absolutely essential for our movements if we are to defeat Trump, and the criminal injustices perpetrated by ICE at concentration camps across the country.
Below is my letter of solidarity with immigrant rights advocates and fighters standing against the attacks on our immigrant sisters and brothers by Trump and the political establishment.
