Relating to the Department of Neighborhoods; authorizing implementation of certain Neighborhood Matching Fund projects in 2014, and specifying that 2014 appropriations for the Neighborhood Matching Subfund shall carry forward automatically to future budget years; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts.

Related to the Immigrant and Refugee Commission; authorizing a Get Engaged young adult position to the Immigrant and Refugee Commission; and amending Section 3.14.545 of the Seattle Municipal Code.

3. C.B. 118137 PASSED (7-0)

Relating to the Technology Matching Fund Program; making allocations and authorizing implementation of certain Technology Matching Fund projects in 2014; providing that 2014 appropriations for the Technology Matching Fund from the Cable Television Franchise Subfund and from the Information Technology Fund shall automatically carry forward into the 2015 fiscal year; that any unspent funds from an individual project may be applied to another Technology Matching Fund project; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts.

Relating to enforcement and timely payment of parking infractions; providing authority to provide notice through use of a vehicle notification sticker that a vehicle may be immobilized; correcting a conflicting provision with regard to the time to request administrative review; providing that any person who unlawfully removes an immobilization device and is immobilized a second time is not eligible for a payment plan; and amending Seattle Municipal Code Sections 11.35.010 and 11.35.020.
