On Monday the City Council will hold a briefing and discussion with UCLA professor Mark Kleiman about the implementation of I-502, which legalized marijuana under Washington state law.
Kleiman recently served as a consultant to the Washington State Liquor Control Board on implementing I-502.
He teaches Public Policy at UCLA, and is the author of Marijuana Legalization: What Everyone Needs to Know, and When Brute Force Fails.
The Council Briefing meeting begins at 9:30 a.m.; the briefing is scheduled for 45 minutes, beginning at 10:20 a.m. You can watch it online at the Seattle Channel live stream.
