New website to make it easier for the public to engage in the political process, get involved in conversations about Seattle’s future
Staying up-to-date on the latest news and decisions being made by the Seattle City Council can be hard. We’re trying to make it easier. The Council just launched a brand new website called the Seattle City Council Blog.
This website was created with the goal of making it easier for the public to engage in the political process and be involved in conversations about Seattle’s future. Not only will you find the latest news and press releases from City Hall, but you’ll also find accessible information to help you dive deep into the issues that matter most. This website was made to make information more accessible for everyone – from curious members of the public to seasoned journalists.
Over the next few months, the Council’s communication staff will be fine-tuning the Seattle City Council Blog to better meet your needs. This means you can expect even more helpful features and resources in the near future. To let us know what improvements you would like to see, email us at CouncilComms@seattle.gov.
If you’re looking for a reliable and comprehensive source of information about Seattle’s City Council, the new Seattle City Council Blog is the perfect place to start. It’s always available at council.seattle.gov.
