The Finance and Culture Committee will hold a public hearing on Council Bill 118302 on Wednesday, February 25 at 2 p.m. This bill would create a new University District Parking and Business Improvement Area (BIA). The hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall at 600 4th Avenue between Cherry and James. Sign-in begins at 1:30 p.m.
The proposal would disestablish the current BIA shown in red and blue in the map on the right, and create larger BIA.
