1. Council Bill 117471 PASSED (7 – 0)
Relating to the Department of Finance and Administrative Services Mutual and Offsetting Benefit (MOB) properties; removing a budget proviso that restricts the expenditure of appropriations in the 2012 Budget for roof repairs on six MOB properties; and authorizing the carry forward of appropriated funds for their stated purpose until the roof-repair projects are completed or the funds are otherwise abandoned.
2. Council Bill 117463 PASSED (7 – 0)
Amending the 2011 Adopted Budget, including the 2011-2016 Capital Improvement Program (CIP); changing appropriations to various departments and from various funds in the Budget; revising project allocations for certain projects in the 2011-2016 CIP; adding new projects; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts; all by a 3/4 vote of the City Council.
