Seattle City Council honors Congressman Norm Dicks
Seattle – The Seattle City Council will honor Congressman Norm Dicks for his four and a half decades of service to Washington State during the Full Council meeting on Nov. 5. Congressman Dicks will attend the Council meeting to receive the proclamation.
