FULL COUNCIL:
1. Council Bill 117831 (PDF Version) REFERRED TO THE GOVERNMENT PERFORMANCE AND FINANCE COMMITTEE
Relating to revenues generated from the use of school zone fixed automated traffic cameras; creating a fund for de positing such revenues; and adopting financial policies for the City of Seattle governing the fund.

GOVERNMENT PERFORMANCE AND FINANCE COMMITTEE:
2. Council Bill 117813 (PDF Version) (amendment 1) (amendment 2) PASSED AS AMENDED (9 – 0) .
Related to the 2013 Budget; amending Ordinance 124058, which adopted the 2013 Budget, including the 2013-2018 Capital Improvement Program (CIP); changing appropriations to various departments and budget control levels, and from various funds in the Budget; adding new projects; revising project allocations for certain projects in the 2013-2018 CIP; making cash transfers between various City funds; creating positions, including exempt positions; imposing provisos on certain appropriations; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts; all by a 3/4 vote of the City Council.

TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE:

Related to Restricted Parking Zones (RPZs); authorizing the Director of Transportation to consider requests from e mployers within RPZs for employee permits under certain conditions; and amending Sections 11.16.315 and 11.16.316 of the Seattle Municipal Code.

4. Council Bill 117807 (PDF Version) PASSED (8 – 0, BAGSHAW DISQUALIFIED)
Relating to a pedestrian skybridge over and across Post Avenue, north of Spring Street; amending Ordinance 117589, as amended by Ordinance 121855; updating the insurance and bond requirements; amending the annual fee and other terms and conditions of the permit; renewing the term of the permit to the Watermark Tower Association of Apartment Owners; providing for the acceptance of the permit and conditions; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts.

Relating to the 3rd Avenue Transit Corridor Design Concept and recommendations, Pike/Pine Retail Core Urban Design Concept and other Downtown streetscape improvements related to the Center City Initiative; and addressing the funding plan and steps for implementation.
