Stating The City of Seattle’s opposition to transporting coal across Washington State and through Seattle due to negative health impacts and negative impacts to the Earth’s climate.        

PLANNING, LAND USE, AND SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE:

2. Resolution 31373 ADOPTED AS AMENDED (9 – 0)

Approving, as of February 28, 2012, a new Incident Annex to the City Disaster Readiness and Response Plan.

Council land use action by the Department of Finance and Administrative Services to approve a 1,130 sq. ft. two story addition to Fire Station 34, located at 633 32nd Avenue East (Project No. 3012676, Type V).

Appointment of Leif Fixen as member, Urban Forestry Commission, for a term of confirmation to December 1, 2014.
